Shipping and Delivery

At knoxx, our goal is to achieve fast, safe and reliable shipping of products to our esteemed customers. Hence, we ensure quality packaging and establish a reliable dispatch and shipping work frame.

Knoxx provides updated status of shipment at each stage from the moment an order is placed to the processing, to shipping, to dispatch, up to the actual delivery. Shipping fees include handling, packing and delivery, and are a fixed rate for each delivery area:

• Lagos: ₦1,000.00 (1-2 working days)
• Ogun: ₦1,500.00 (1-2 working days)
• Abuja FCT: ₦2,000.00 (1-3 working days)
• Akwa Ibom: ₦2,000.00 (1-3 working days)
• Cross River (Calabar): ₦2,000.00 (1-3 working days)
• Rivers (Port Harcourt): ₦2,000.00 (1-3 working days)
• Delta (Warri): ₦1,000.00 (1-3 working days)

You can also collect your order free of charge from our store: Knoxx Safety Store, 16 Agarawu Road, Lagos Island, Lagos. For other states, please contact us before ordering.

Payment

At Knoxx, we strive to make shopping online as easy and convenient as possible. All orders are paid for securely online when you place them, through Paystack: with your debit/credit card, bank transfer or USSD. We do not offer payment on delivery.
